In most circumstances, I respond to emails quickly and fix problems and/or bugs fast. However, I cannot do it for all requests or always. If you need to make sure that I will take care quickly of any problems, this a guideline to the costs.
Installation and Initial Configuration
- Email - $50. Unlimited number of emails in a pre-established three-hour time frame
- Remote login - $50 per hour
- On site - $400 half day, $600 per day
Extended Support
For users that require an affordable way to get quick and authoritative response to questions, bug reports and fixes, support beyond initial installation is available as follows.

Custom Support
For custom configurations, porting the software to other operating systems or older OS releases, or special development requests, professional support is available for a modest fee.
